The role of UYN is to house the vision while DHB is the first execution of the vision. It is the “localized embodiment” of the vision.

The function of UYN is to establish the philosophy and structure of the cooperative while DHB executes that blueprint.

The purpose overall is to unite people who know they can make a difference and then actually do it. Make a difference!

Up Your Network empowers Denver Honey Badgers to do what must be done. And I say “must” because we are running out of options and should have done this a long time ago.

Then, Denver Honey Badgers gives Up Your Network the “proof of concept”.

It’s takes a lot of work (to get there)(together), but along the way, the proof of concept is “in your face” obvious.

Everything we touch turns to gold, silver, diamonds, and sapphires.

We reveal true power.

It lies in the minds, hearts, and hands of people.

When we choose to be humble and trust each other, we work together believing that great things are already here.

What to know about Cooperators

Cooperators are like staffers. They do just about anything that fits their personal skillset, demeanor, and choices. This member type might be perfect for you if you like to multitask or be super focused, either way.

What to know about Operators

Operators are the genius, hard-working, and humble servants of our success. They know their place is at the front, and they get it done. We support them, and everything stays smooth.

We are creating real relationships with non-profit organizations as well. These relationships have great potential for both them and us. And the connection is more than a monthly expenditure for them for a listing.

One last item that needs to be addressed.

I saved it for last because it is a mystery that we get to solve together.

This mystery is woven into the fabric of the cooperative. We are answering the mystery because it is about you and me.

We discover the answer as we reveal. Now is the time to show up. To Show.

“The Faceless Man” is the person out here who is disconnected and detached from the life he or she could have, the life that is his or her birthright.

The Faceless Man is real, more real than we’d like to admit. He haunts me. He drives me to want to talk to him and see what he’s all about.

He is with us all the time, but we don’t know that he is.

He has no face, no image for us to remember.

The mystery of The Faceless Man is manifesting cooperative reality that becomes our legacy. It’s what you and I leave behind.

The faceless man pulls back his hood and reveals.

What are the stories that would be told about us at this point?

And what are the stories that are told when we reveal the greatness inside each of us?

What are the stories that are told as we reveal that greatness together?

Here’s what I want!!!

I want every person who would be healed to stand up and walk. Rise up and be seen as whole.

I want every person that comes into this cooperative to pull back the hood of his hoodie and reveal.

REVEAL why you are here.

Be who you are.

Do what you are here to do.

Can that happen on your own?

There’s no way. It’s just not happening.

There is no great thing in the world that happens because of one person.

Even the great entrepreneurs of our day have teams, employees, mentors, advisors, bankers, lawyers, and accountants.

The Faceless Man reveals what must be revealed. And he is us.

We have to be together to get there.
